Method & Procedures:

    • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for booking.

Terms & Timelines:

    • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours from the booking date and not arrival date
    • Refunds are subject to verification of eligibility based on the terms of booking.

How long will it take for refund to be processed?

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from approval and subject to the card provider bank.
